- and my path to energy healing was anything but a straight line.

In the 1990s I was a hotel troubleshooter, parachuted into struggling hotels to breathe life back into them before they went up for sale. Exciting, challenging, and yes — occasionally a little stressful.

By 2007 I was ready for something new, so I opened my own tea shop. That was the start of my entrepreneurial journey: I learned a lot, stumbled plenty, and grew with every step.

In 2020

was ready for a new adventure and opened my own tea shop

That was the start of my entrepreneurial journey. I learned a lot, stumbled plenty, and grew with every step.

By 2020 I'd moved into helping other business owners who felt stuck or overwhelmed.

With years of real-world experience behind me, I knew how to spot what wasn't working.

But I kept noticing something: strategy alone wasn't enough. So many of my clients were hitting invisible walls; resistance, fear, deep-rooted patterns that no amount of planning could shift.

That's when EFT (tapping) found me, and everything changed. It cut through resistance in a way that felt both gentle and genuinely powerful.

I trained in Clinical EFT and started weaving it into my work - and the results were unlike anything I'd seen before.

Not long after, Reiki arrived. I embraced its calm, restorative energy wholeheartedly, eventually training as a Reiki Master.

And then..... completely unexpectedly - the Arcturian Dragons showed up. If that sounds a little out there, I understand. I might have raised an eyebrow too, once. But the depth of transformation they bring is something I simply couldn't ignore.

Today I blend EFT, Reiki, Akashic Records readings and Arcturian Dragons work into an approach that meets you exactly where you are.

Beyond the business, there’s just me, Lesley.

When I'm not working, you'll find me in the Lincolnshire countryside with my walking boots on, nose-deep in a good book, or happily disappearing down a sci-fi rabbit hole.

Life, for me, is about balance - and that's exactly the energy I bring into every session.
